Sending group e-mails without the "TO:" field full of unwanted names and address infornmation
I have a 65+ person e-mail list for my Boy Scout Troop and do not want everyone's e-mail address in the "TO:" field and I really don't even want their names to be sent. I have spent a lot of time looking for the answer before I asked for your help.
Thanks, Scoutmaster

Use Bcc:
With 65-odd names, you may need to use a Mailing List.

Zenos,
Thank you for your reply. I went to the link you provided and read through it.
Here is a cut and paste from the link:
"No matter which of these options you use, the email addresses of everyone on the mailing list will be visible to anyone who receives the message, even if all that you see in the "To" field is the name of the mailing list. If you do not want your recipients to see all the addresses, then use the small drop-down list next to the "To" field to change "To" to "Bcc". "
Again Thanks, Michael Cawley
