I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and created a new profile and still unable to click on the window. if i log in via Chrome it works perfectly fine but within Firefox it will not.

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked (check the permissions in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions" with the page on view).

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

• Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

• Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

• Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

attempted and same thing. i have uninstalled/reinstalled and also created a new profile I have no EXT(ADDONS) installed as i don't use them. I can login via Chrome and click on a site when it asks to login via Facebook it opens the window no problem. But if I open Firefox and goto a site click on connect to facebook it shows at the bottom of the screen but unable to actually click on the window.

I have attached a screen shot of what I am referring to. The second one is the box that pops up after clicking on Enter/Submit on a Company page for Contests or even connect to Facebook through any website.
