I have downloaded Thunderbird Android and want to write an email but my address book doesn't seem to work when I start writing into the address ("to") field. How do I connect my address book to Thunderbird?

After I've successfully logged in, why does Thunderbird continue to indicate my login has failed and asks me to login again, repeatedly? Do you know how I can fix this?

Hi, I am moving from Outlook and struggling with Thunderbird email accounts I wish to setup 5 mail accounts, four of which relate to different people or departments and on that collects incoming email from mailboxes that are re-directed. I find that I can set up the outgoing smtp and the incoming smtp but I am not give any choice for sending mail. Also whatever I do the first account I set up always appears as the only account visible in the folders pane. If there is a definitive explanation of what to do to configure email in Thunderbird it would be most helpful?

Yesterday I successfully installed my info@ledgreenus.com email on my desktop computer, but today I have no way to access it. I don't understand how it can be hidden like that. I can't do it on my cell phone either. Please help!

Just wondering if there was a way to change the behavior of Thunderbird. Currently, if I add a subfolder to an IMAP mail account, that folder will show up in the Unified Inbox. Yes, I know how to remove it from there but I'm getting tired of doing that each time I add a folder as I need to do it to multiple devices.

Since upgrading to thunderbird 128.6.0esr, my shared google calendars no longer show any events.

The activity manager shows it is stuck trying to sync, but not going anywhere.

Onn checking the developer logs, the following messages are displayed.

Anybody else having this problem or know of a solution. (I have removed "CALDAV" and "TB SYNC" extensions - also installed "TB SYNC 4")

Hi My normally excellent Firefox on Windows 10 has suddenly become unworkable,with the "Gah Tab Crash" message now coming up almost constantly. I have tried opening the browser in safe mode but to no avail. Any suggestions to travellinbilly@gmail.com. Fingers crossed.

There is a similar (but not identical) topic on Mozilla Connect , and I posted there. But I did not get a response. So I am re-posting on this new topic on Mozilla Support. I have a similar problem to what was discussed on Connect. I am using Firefox 133.0.3 on Windows 10 Professional. After Firefox has been running for a while, I get a message from Windows 10 that the free space on my C:drive is low. I did a directory listing on my C-drive before and after Exiting Firefox; I saw no large files disappearing. Then I decided to do "dir c:\ /ah" to see hidden files. What I saw was that pagefile.sys decreased in size from 29,925,748,736 to 16,270,770,176. This was a decrease of 13.7 Gb. Is this normal? I have lots of windows and tabs open in Firefox. Thanks.

The search box on the home screen that appears below the Google logo cannot be cleared. It was a simple matter a few days ago but now it does not work. When I Clear All History, the history in the search box remains.

I am about to lose access to Outlook. My current settings show imap.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com and it is working. This is an sbcglobal.net account. When I look at what ATT says it should be due to changes they made it reflects imap.mail.att.net and smtp.mail.att.net. The ports are the same between both choices. It says on both of these when entered that it can't access and the user name or password is incorrect which is not the case. Any help out there???

Hello everyone,

Previously, it was possible to configure Firefox so it would stay in the background while opening tabs from links activated in other apps. Thus, said apps would stay in the foreground until Firefox is called to the front.

The desired result was achieved by editing the setting `browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground` in "about:config", which is no longer available.

If such a configuration is yet possible, how is it achieved?

Hello since the last update of 133 to 134 Google no longer works as it should on my Firefox every time I close it asks me to delete all cookies and all data and so I am obliged to reinstall everything each time opening Firefox things work again I went back to 133 and now it's works normaly, but I do not understand why the 134 plant Google mail, Google Agenda, and so on ??? I tried to open settings because I need to change account passwords. As soon as I open settings Thunderbird crashes after showing the settings page for half a second. Latest Thunderbird version under latest windows 11 version. Anyone else has this problem? Restarting the PC (miracle cure for problems under windows) did not solve the problem. Anyone else has this? Anyone knows a solution?

I cannot access my accounts passwords, so the problem is rather worrisome and urgent.
