i cant find my downloaded folders anywhere in my laptop which i downloaded with mozilla
i simply download and the files download but when i search for them i cant find them anywhere in my laptop..i ve checked every folder

{ Ctrl + J } to open the Library window showing your Downloads. Then right-click a downloaded file that you want to find and select Open Containing Folder. The file should be in that Windows folder.
i do that but nothing happens...it doesn't load or anything
What doesn't "load"? Are you able to find the downloaded file by viewing the "Containing Folder", or not?
i click on "open containing folder" nothing happens
"Click" won't do anything except for highlighting the downloaded file. Right-click it and then use Open Containing Folder.

Did you check your Anti-Virus security software?
If "Open" and "Open Containing Folder" in the right-click context menu in the Download Manager window are grayed then that means that the file is no longer in the original download location and they may have been removed by Anti-Virus or cleanup software.
It is possible that Anti-Virus security software is interfering and has blocked the downloads. Try to disable Anti-Virus security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
