Cannot download emails on my Windows 10.

Bought Zoostorm Computer in February 2017, supplier installed Windows 10 and Mozilla Thunderbird for emails. Windows 10 then installed an update which deleted my scanner and printer. Paid installer to re-install. Further update seems to have affected my email service. No emails coming through and message stating 'password needed' - did not work. Can only access emails via Talktalk webmail . Should I stop using Mozilla?

Check your Firewall settings. This may be part of your Anti-Virus program.

Thunderbird must be set as an allowed program. If it is not in the list of allowed programs then you must add it.

Confirm that Thunderbird has been setup as an allowed program.
