It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
it might because of some script who takes long time to run script ,so you can do this step :
- type about:config and press Enter.
- A new warning page says "This might void your warranty!" may appears. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue.
- In the about:config page, search for the preference dom.max_script_run_time, and double-click on it. In the Enter integer value prompt, type 10 or 20.
- Press OK to restart firefox.
now the message prompt is no longer to show you .
Type about.config WHERE? In the address bar? When I do that...it automatically puts "prob loading page" (and puts a www. in front of it) Thanks, Carolyn
It is about:config with a colon. about: is a protocol to access built-in pages just like http: is used for websites.
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that did it! Carolyn
Whoops! It is still doing it!!!
Does it mention a name of the script that causes the issue?
Can you attach a screenshot?
