Hi i am using firefox to get into atitesting.com it loads it lets me log in then it says that my siverlight has crashed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it keeps telling me that it has crashed.

There is a silverlight cleanup tool here, ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2608523 )in addition to that I would recommend deleting the prefetch files for \PLUGIN-CONTAINER.exe

Close Firefox

open a cmd window and copy/paste:

del C:\Windows\Prefetch\PLUGIN-CONTAINER*.pf 

and

del C:\Windows\Prefetch\SILVERLIGHT*.pf

See if that works for you by chance. Some people might say its unorthodox, but cannot hurt atm
