the update downloads ok but system hangs up at applying update
receive notice that v32 update was avail...clicked on download button....it seems to have down loaded the update then when it went to the applying update stage....nothing....no era msgs or anything. at one time i left it like this for over an hour and nothing

Try this:
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
