Attachment icon is showing up with my emails I am sending, but I dont' have attachments.
When the person receiving the email looks at the email, he sees an attachment icon, but then clicking on the email to read it, there is no attachment (which I never sent) - why is this icon showing up?

Is the recipient also using Thunderbird, or using a different mail client?
Some mail clients will show that a message has an attachment if there is an embedded image; it seems to vary.
Yes, we both use Thunderbird, as I am both people. My boss requires we send a copy to ourselves of all outgoing mail. This just started occurring today. I may have changed a setting but can't figure out what. What happened was, he noticed that our emails had a business card attached to emails that had the wrong email address (I did manage to find that and fix it), but I may have changed something else in the meantime. I think it may have something to do with a signature to emails.

Thanks everyone for your help - it was the vcard being attached to all emails and I was able to find it and delete from happening anymore - thanks again.
