My address seems to be blocked by some of my contacts and doesn't even make it into their spam folders.
Hello. I've been having some difficulties with e-mails bouncing even when I know that the address is a good one. Contacts can send e-mails to me, but when I try replying to those e-mails, they bounce. I apologized to a customer who, knowing much more about this sort of thing than I do, told me that my e-mail address seems to be blocked in such a way that the e-mails don't even make it to spam folders. He said that I ought to send an e-mail to the system admin explaining the situation and asking for it to be remedied.

If you want to report this to your system admin that would be with your email provider and not Thunderbird. Thunderbird is email client software that runs on YOUR computer. You are the admin of your computer.
What is the error message that is returned with the email? That tells you why the message was returned.
