thunderbird email settings are changed automatically. I do not know to reset the setting manually. I have to delete the mail box and have to reset it once again. I have done this three times for the last one month. I am using thunderbird for the past one month. Please help me to sort the problem. thunderbird automatically configures the mail box settings but changes after a few days.

thunderbird email settings are changed automatically.
Can you explain in more detail what has changed?
thunderbird configures the mail box after a few days mail box does not receive mails or send mails. when I checked the settings I find the default settings are changed. I am not able to reset manually. I have to delete the mail box and to configure again. same thing repeats after a few days.
Can you post your Troubleshooting Information before and after your settings have changed? Help (Alt-H) - Troubleshooting Information
i do not know what are the settings before trouble shoot. the mail box is configured by auto settings by Thunderbird. IMAP mail Post trouble settings(taken from the settings available now) incoming pop port 110 default 993 connection security ssl/tls out going smtp port 1 no authentication connection security ssl/tls
It would help if you would just post the Thunderbird troubleshooting info as requested and not just the points that you think are important.
Go to the Help Menu Select Troubleshooting Information Press the button labeled Copy all to Clipboard Come back here and paste that into a reply box.
What you have posted above does not look right for any provider that i have seen but since you have never posted who your provider is we are just guessing.
i do not know what are the settings before trouble shoot.
Let me rephrase this. Can you post your Troubleshooting Information while it's working and after you think your settings were changed automatically?

From the Troubleshooting Information you have two BSNL accounts. Which is the troubled one? Looking at your settings I'd really be surprised if anything works at all. Check with BSNL about the correct settings.
I have never seen a port 1 for an SMTP server. I do know that some antivirus software redo ports so they can scan email before sending. I wonder if that is what you are seeing?
I an with Chris is saying that there are so many inconsistencies in your settings it is no wonder it does not work. Port 110 usually does not use SSL/TLS One one account you have Nromal Password and on the other one you have No Password buy specify Encrypted.
Your first step, as Chris says, is to get an accurate listing of server settings from your provider so you know where to start. I did a Google search for settings for this provider and they are all over the place so I am not even going to link to any of them. Get a list straight from your provider.
