I log into account and bank asks for verification code via email. When I click the link it won't go to sending? Same thing happens now with IE? A week ago both bank sites worked well? I didn't change any settings? What would prevent the links from working? My desktop still works but the laptop doesn't. If I'm able to log into my account with log in links, why not the verification links? One bank sent me the settings to check and they were all correct. What happened?

Sorry, where is the link?

  • This is a link the bank sent to you in email that you click to load a web page on the bank's site -- in this case, how do you read your email, in a separate program, in a browser, etc.?
  • This is a link on the bank's website to generate an email to you -- do you recall whether this simply submitted the page or whether it uses a pop-up window?
