Suddenly, I can't send or receive emails! However, webmail works all right!? What has happened?

I have tried many times these last days sending emails. It fails almost every time, but actually two mails seem to have slipped through (the day before yesterday). I am very confused! No mails have been received. However, I can send and receive mail by help of webmail.comhem.se  !?

  1. What version of Thunderbird are you using?
  2. Are you using IMAP or POP?
  3. Do you have any anti-virus software running? If so, try running with it disabled.
  4. Try running without add-ons. Help -> Restart with add-ons disabled.
  5. go to Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Copy text to clipboard; then in this question in this forum, right click in the Reply box and select paste. All info will be pasted. Then click 'Post Reply'.
