Hello there, I am having a problem where in firefox the gmail page resolution is far to low. The images are very large and the fonts and such are spaced out greatly. Comparing gmail in chrome I can see at least 50% or more of my emails and images are much smaller. I have gone to other sites and there is no resolution problem. Both chrome and firefox show the same for all other sites. It is specific to the gmail page and potentially all google product pages.

Can I fix this problem. It is a bit confusing.

wow what a simple fix! I was looking for a more complicated fix, as I often do. will my zoom for each page be saved individually or is it global? thank you so much for your help!

In case this is a zoom issue, could you reset the level on Gmail to the default? You can do that using either:

  • Ctrl+0 (that's a zero)
  • "3-bar" menu button > click the % value between the - and + buttons
  • (menu bar) View > Zoom > Reset

Does that restore the expected size?
