How to set background image on tiles page?

Hi all!

I would like to set a background image on the "tiles" page. I remember there was once an obvious way to do it, and now for the life of me, I can no longer find out how in this newer version of Firefox I am using.

Is it still possible? Or am I stuck with a white background foreverr?

This extension has a feature for adding background color or an image. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-tools/
