Recently installed Firefox browser v.40. Now, web mail and Facebook display unknown symbols (numbers inside little squares), mixed with English language. This is happening on my older laptop that has Windows XP. I have also installed v. 40 Firefox on my newer computer with Windows 7. There, in places where the other computer displays gibberish, I can see Korean language. This appears to be a very similar problem that someone else described here, who has English mixed with Russian. Like the other member, I checked the languages set-ups, and only English is listed, yet Korean pops up mixed with English on the same page. Please, how to fix it?

I invited Calidrisnc to a screen sharing session, and I'll give an update here once we are done.

We couldn't do the screen sharing session as no mic available. Calidrisnc, I have PM'ed you, can you please try to disable hardware acceleration and see if that helps.
