How do I stop drudge report from always refreshing every two minutes

That may be a web site issue. Here is one thing to try. Once the page is loaded, press the Stop Loading This Page X. NOT the window or tab closer.

You need to run the bookmarklet after each page reload. There is probably also a GreaseMonkey script to disable the reload timer.
