Bookmark iPad
How do I delete a bookmark in Firefox on my iPad
Chosen solution
They should actually work (at least working on my side, I have Firefox 1.2 on my iPad too)...let me think.
Just in case you are trying to remove a whole bookmark folder (where you synced from your desktop or whatever device), you can't do that by directly removing, you must disconnect from sync (log out of your account).
Or if you are trying to remove "The Mozilla Project" and "Firefox Help and Support" from the bookmark page, sorry but there is still no real clear way to remove both. Looks like there are stuck there, unless future updates changed this.
You may leave your feedback for the devs anyway.

On the bookmark you want to remove, swipe left on it (like what you normally do with iOS stuff), a delete button in red will appear on the right and there you go :)

I've tried both suggested methods, and neither of them work.

I'm not trying to remove a folder or "the Mozilla project" or "Firefox help and support" it's just a single bookmark that is duplicated. I have imported my bookmarks from x marks and recently set up all my devices with Firefox.
You mean, you have a duplicate bookmark after you synced them here from another device? Then you should be able to remove it from the device the bookmark came from. I guess removing synced bookmarks on the current device haven't being implemented...yet (sync for Firefox iOS haven't done implementing...)?
You can't currently delete desktop bookmarks from your iOS device; it shows a mirror of what's in your Sync account.
(That will change early next year, when full bidirectional syncing is done.)
In the mean time, you can delete bookmarks on your desktop, and they'll sync down to your device. Open Settings and choose Sync Now if you want to hurry the process along.
