hi, most of the people answering here in the forum are contributors and normal users volunteering their time. some mozilla staff are also replying every now and then, but there is no guarantee that they would be answering a particular question in case that'd make a difference to you...

Hi, well it seems Firefox removed that option a while back, but there is an adon that you can use to bring it back. If you do a search in the Firefox addons section for homepage Icon, there is one. It adds the link in the search bar itself, and it does work. Hope that helps. Heres a link, copy it to your mobile. It does work I just tested it.
