Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

No Shift key on that computer?

Just hold the Shift key when launching Firefox.

i did say i was not technical ooopppsss i refreshed firefox but alas nada. now i will try your way....ok opened in safe mode alas no old firefox can be seen just this webpage.

oh well might try another browser or or just try to rack my brain at the tabs i needed..

Try to open a new window in case there is a problem with the current window.

Very disheartend with FFOX. I started all over again last week. Put up new tabs and lo ans behold my laptop started acting funny today and all tabs disappeared! I tried to restore and was prompted to update FFOX...alas these new pins have disappeared. Wonder if im being hacked? very unnerving...
