I want to selectively never remember passwords for specific websites. This will be done on over 100 computers, and I prefer to just pre-configure firefox, then deploy it. Is there a setting in the about:config to do this?

The password exceptions are stored in the logins.json file in the Firefox profile folder under disabledHosts. You can try to copy an empty logins.json file with only the exceptions to existing profiles. You can initialize newly created profiles by creating a "browser\defaults\profile" folder in the Firefox program folder and place files to copy to the new profile in that folder.
