I am using a surface pro 4 i5 proccessor and thunderbird keeps crashing, it keeps telling me 'not responding', it will not give me a crash report. I have not been able to solve the problem, mozilla appears to be unusable on this tablet.

Is it crashing or not responding? That's not the same thing.

In the latter case, what is your anti-virus software?

It is not responding, it is unusable at the moment because it stops responding even when you go to read an email. I have got several emails set up on my Mozilla but non of them respond and then we end up closing it down.

I am using windows defender as a anti-virus software.
