Thunderbird v. 45 installed on new laptop stopped downloading messages right after installation two days ago. They come through fine on my desktop computer.
Running Windows 10. New Acer laptop.
Have turned off anti-virus to avoid blocking, checked all account settings with Comcast, Uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird twice (Thunderbird reappears with all my emails and settings AFTER removal and re installation). How can I remove it totally?
This seemed to happen suddenly. Many of the messages that initially came through lacked content. All were addressed to "ME"
Messages DO currently go through to SPAM folder. All messages seem to get through to the adjacent desktop also running Thunderbird.
I am baffled!
