How do I certify/verify my website in Firefox?

more options

I'd like to certify my website (theeducons.com) in the Firefox browser. If I were to go to the top left of the Firefox browser and click on the shield, it shows my website as Connection is Not Secure in red. How can I get someone to verify my website and show that it is a Secure Connection in green?

Chosen solution

You need an SSL certificate for your site in order to use an HTTPS address and get a padlock icon -- in Firefox or any other browser. Different web hosts may make this easier or harder, cheaper or more expensive. You may want to start with their help pages to see what they offer.
