A message came up and told me mozilla was running slow and to do a clean up, I followed the link and was told I would not lose any passwrods or other data. I cannot get into a game I play through facebook (hooves of fire) any more
even tho I can get into fb and play a jigsaw game
I get told that the hooves site has been blocked because it is not secure?

i received your reply via pm - let's keep the conversation in the public forum. it looks like the site you're trying to visit isn't properly configured as it isnt serving the necessary intermediate certificate (it's probably best to get in contact with them as well and report this issue).
you can work around that by visiting the following site once, which should be enough to store the necessary certificate into firefox' cache: https://ssl-tools.net/subjects/400b467af1e6b2d30983ba0d607e7e59374824c4 afterwards it should be possible to access the game again.

hello, first please make sure that the date, time & timezone are set correctly on your system. if this doesn't solve the issue (or it is already set properly), a solution depends on the individual circumstances:
- what is the error code shown when you click on advanced on that error page?
- please also give us more information about the error by clicking on the error code, copying the text to the clipboard and then pasting it here into a reply in the forum.
thank you!
