To delete emails, it there an option to select all emails at one time, then delete them instead of deleting one at a time

You use basic computer select techniques.
Control+a = select all
Select a message, move up or down several messages. Hold the shift key and click = selects the first and last message and all in between.
Hold the control key and click random messages = select any message clicked on
Hold the shift key and click a selected message to deselect that message
