only partial print of URL
File -> print (as well as print preview) does not print all of the URL that is displayed. Example: print of http://www.reviews.com/medical-alert-systems/ is only one page. When printed from IE11, the result is 16 pages.
System: Win7 Ultimate x64 FF 48.0.2

a URL is limited to 64,000 characters. that should be more than enough for anyone really. although why one your want to print a URL that long really defies logic.

Your reply indicates that my question was apparently not clear enough; let me try again: File -> print (as well as print preview) does not print all of the website (which is pointed to by the URL below) that is displayed, Example: print (and print preview -> print) of http://www.reviews.com/medical-alert-systems/ is only one page. When printed from IE11, the result is 16 pages.

When I click that URL a browser windows opens. Are you having issues printing from your browser?
You are correct. If I attempt to print what is displayed in the browser, I get only the first page in FF, but 16 pages from IE11.
