Contact file export in Firefox basic email leaves empty CSV file.

I am using Firefox Basic Email. In My Address book selected a contact file. File shown to have 700+ contacts. Clicked export. Selected CSV with include distribution list checked. Clicked to export. Clicked Save File. When file is opened in Excel, only headers are shown. No contact data. Please note I did not try to save All contact files at one time which others reported having a problem with in Thunderbird. I do not use Thunderbird. Just like to get contacts into Outlook. Your help would be appreciated.

Please can you clarify the Mozilla software product that are using?

You mention that you are not using Thunderbird, and I am not aware of a Firefox Basic Email product. For us to help you, we need to better understand the issue that you are having.
