Only the audio plays but the picture is blank. Chrome plays them OK.

I've tried disabling the hardware acceleration but it doesn't make any difference. Disabling the adblocker doesn't make any difference either. All my graphic drivers are up to date, as well.

Does anyone else have this problem?

No problem for me with the   'native'   ones either   .....
Let's give this a try:
Type   about:config   in the address bar (promise to be careful) Type   async   and wait while the list is filtered Search for the preference named: dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing double-click it and set it's value to   'false'

Hi   !
Just tried that site:   no problems there for me.
Do you have an updated version of   Adobe Flash Player   installed   ?
If that's not the cause of the problem: Would you consider installing   VLC Media Player plugin   ?

If neither   Flash   nor   VLC   do the trick;   we will have to keep looking   ........

Hi, thanks for the suggestions.

My Flash version is the latest (23,0,0,205) as is the VLC version (2.2.4).

Also, trying Firefox in the Safe Mode, doesn't seem to make any difference.

Would you take a deep breath and take a look at this article:

None of problems described in that link apply to me. I have no problem with other websites which play videos, just time.com

Also, I would like to point out that time.com has two kinds of videos: those linked to Youtube and "native" ones. Those of Youtube play just fine, and it's the native ones which give me problems. Are you sure you can play those too?

Amazingly, that seems to work. It would have never occurred to me in a million years. Thanks a lot!
