My reply emails from MYOB account right are not coming through to my Inbox. Is there a setting to change to allow Thunderbird to accept the reply emails?

I have just started using MYOB online (account right 2016). I have linked it to my thunderbird email account. I can send the emails from MYOB but when people receive them and reply to me they never arrive in my inbox. The recipient end says the email is sent but I don't receive it, not sure where they are going to. do I need to change a setting to be able to receive the emails from accountright@apps.myob.com
