How do I stop my inbox from being deleted when new email comes in?
When I am starting up my computer again in the morning, the emails that were sitting in my inbox disappear when the new emails come in. Today, I could see the old emails before the new emails loaded and then they disappeared and were not in any other file. This does not happen when more emails come into my inbox while the computer is on and Thunderbird is open. Help!

Please check if you are set to View|Folders|All (and not Unread).
It is set to view | messages | all. I couldn't find "folders"
Try |Folders|All
Yep. Folders | all is selected.
What other device do you receive mail on? Your account is IMAP. That would be synchronized to the mail server. When your say phone gets mail and deletes it on the server Thunderbird checks your mail and synchronizes. and your mail is deleted because something has removed it from the server. I am guessing your phone.
