If you mean http://aakasupport.com then no as the Thunderbird community does not use any third-party tech support services.

You can get support here on support.mozilla.org on mozilla.support.thunderbird newsgroup https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/forums/#end-user-support on irc.mozilla.org in channels like #thunderbird, #sumo, #mozillazine and the popular long running independent forums.mozillazine.org forums.
