Is there a way to get Firefox to change a page from a foreign language (for me) to English?

I am an English speaking person living in Japan. Many web pages come up in Japanese even though my computer is set to English. I do not read or speak Japanese well enough yet to be able to read these pages. On Explorer and Google Chrome there is a way to translate these pages but I don't like using either one of those and avoid both. Is there any way to translate pages using Firefox?
