I run TB on a portbale 2T drive (with program files and Application Data fodlers on here). My desktop and latop application shortcuts specifically call "F:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -profile "F:\Application Data\Thunderbird" I regularly run the application directly off the drive on my laptop and desktop with no problems. I open it up today and TB is blank no accounts, no emails or folders etc. So I use profile manager to find each of the profiles and and even go through backs, following all your knowledge base articles. The correct profile has 3 out of my 6 email accounts, but noone of the folders and none of the emails. There are 1or 2 emails from 2007 but nothing since.... everything thing has gone and have no idea how else to recover. Prefs.js is not corrupt. I have lost ten years of emails. I laucnhed profile manager to point to a backup from earlier in the year,but that identically has everything missing in the same way. Hard drive has been check and is fine. Totoally at a loss.
