I create animated Greeting cards .gif and my recipients do not see the cards opening, just the top/front of the card. Can TB send animated .gif?
I create animated Greeting cards and save them in .gif. For decades I've been doing that and my recipients sees the card open to all four panels, -like a regular store bought card-, but ever since I'm with TB, two months now, my recipients do not see their card opening. Is there a way I can set TB to send animated .gif I created myself? Thanks

Thanks Bruce for replying, I did send a card and it did open for me, I sent one via Gmail and it did open for me also. So it must be only my friend whom I sent a Birthday card yesterday that it did not open, she informed me. I also sent the card via Gmail and she just informed me it did not open! I just sent it to her again using my Outlook email!
Thanks for your help and your time!

Recipients are supposed to see the .gif animated, so something is going wrong.
If you send an e-mail with a .gif to yourself, do you see it animated in the e-mail you receive?

The problem is that person's computer is not displaying GIFS properly. She will have to get help for her computer.
