Firefox is now claiming that my Google Hangouts is not secure, and I cannot understand why??

When I try to open Google Hangouts now, for some reason, I get this ignorant error:

"hangouts.google.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.smartadserver.com, smartadserver.com Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN "

I have to say, I am getting sick and tired of Firefox deciding what I am an am not allowed to open.... Almost EVERY website I go to now is coming back with some ridiculous Firefox complaint, and it is TIRESOME. It is to the point now that I may have to change browsers because you idiots are so outrageously over secure that you cannot even surf the internet anymore!!

I agree it's annoying to get certificate errors, but check out the details again:

Why on earth would a REAL Google site certificate list "smartadserver.com" in its domain list? It sounds like your connection is hijacked. Do you want assistance investigating that further?

No thank you, but I just removed the add-on from the Toolsmenu, and the got it back again.... In any case, I do not recognize smartadserver.com either, but I have heard that Google is under attack right now. Regardless, it is working now, but thanks for the offer of assistance!!
