Создал новые профили imap, перенес всю почту с папки Mail в ImapMail, но входящие все равно не переносит. Он их просто удаляет или не видит, все остальное (отправленные, архивы и т.д) работает нормально. В чем может быть причина?

Move the messages in Thunderbird. Select your messages in the pop account, use right-click and "Move to" to send them to the imap account.

Imap doesn't seem to recognize folders that spontaneously appear in the account. It needs to be an active part of the process of generating folders and writing messages to them. So, use your email client to create folders and populate them.
