No sync work
I try to sync my tab in the firefox account but it doesn't work. I can't see any tab in my browser on my mac and viceversa.
Both (mobile and desktop) apps are updated at the last version. I follow all the details of the support but nothing is working.
Any idea how to solve it?

I understand that Firefox Sync did not connect to your mobile device on this occasion, but hopefully I should be able to help you force a Sync event to take place.
Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:
In Firefox on your mobile device:
- Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Sync
- Tap on Synchronise now
This will “force” a synchronisation of the data that is on the local device storage.
Hello Seburo, thanks for your suggestions but I'm not able to sync yet.
I had already tried to force sync both in the desktop and in the mobile, but nothing worked. I tried to sync again right now but I'm not so lucky.
