How to block a website from storing cache ("cache", not "cookies")?

I frequently visit a website where contents change everyday but whenever i visit the website, i don't get the updated content. This problem is solved by clearing the 'cached web content'. But this option clears the cached content of ALL websites and that decreases Firefox's efficiency. Is there any way to clear the cache of a SINGLE website (or block it from storing cache)?

Hi   !

The only thing that I could find that will do that is this add-on :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clear-site-cache/
