Hi, I want to add a column that I can put a note into. I need to be able to write next to my mail,( on the same line) instead of opening up the whole email to find out it's contents, I want to be a able to identify what is in the body. Eg: I purchased something and want to know what it is before I open every mail. This would be a wonderful time saving help, Thank you

You can have a column with notes with the XNote++ add-on. Another option is to add comments directly to the Subjects of messages with EditEmailSubject.
