I'm running FF on two Windows 7 Pro computers. On one, the title bar (the bar way at the top currently showing the FF logo and "Ask a Question | Mozilla Support - Mozilla Firefox") is present; on the other it isn't. Where is the control to show / hide this element.

hi, you can change that at the bottom left once you go into customization mode: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars
