Why has Outlook 365 suddenly stopped copying the original message into reply?

Outlook 265 has suddenly stopped including the original message in replies (and forwards which is even more of a pain). It doesn't happen with other browsers and didn't happen with Firefox until today.

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough that this is only a problem when using the Firefox browser to access Outlook 365
