unable to show slides from Netacademy from Cisco.
I was able to see visual parts and videos of my Open University studies with Cisco Netacademy until 01/12/2017. Now I cannot see visual part of my studies or see videos since last update of firefox. I am having to use Google so I can see the videos and the visual pasts of my Cisco CCNA studies. I will think about uninstalling Firefox and just using Google.
Chosen solution
Since running a pre-release ver 58 anything can happen and will. If did not know that. As seems talking like did not expect things to break.
If you wanted to be on the regular release current version is 57.0.1 https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
Please : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles then https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
