How can I export my igHome information to Firefox homepage

Can I create a Firefox homepage that contains all the tabs, links and RSS feeds that are currently on my igHome page? Basically, I want everything on my igHome page to be exported to Firefox. If it's possible, how do I do it?

Chosen solution

Hi pjeffries, you can access the site on a secure connection using

https://www.ighome.com/

However, some of the content embedded into the pages might be blocked and images might change the green lock to a gray lock with a warning icon. This article discusses the different icons: How do I tell if my connection to a website is secure?

If you can find new "widgets" that do not contain any HTTP content, only HTTPS content, that would improve the overall security level. However, using those same (insecure) content sources on your own page wouldn't really improve the situation...

Hi

I guess there are a couple of different ways to do this.

The default Firefox home page can display most frequently used content that you can pin to that page so that it does not change and can be easily accessed.

Alternatively, you might want to set up a webpage with your content and then use that as your homepage.

I hope that this helps.

Why not just keep using igHome? Is there a reason to stop using their site?

I like igHome because it's like an old-fashioned homepage but apparently it is not a secure site.
