My Adobe Reader won't download and open pictured from my camer sd card. Why? What can I do to download pictures?

Earlier I had no problem with downloading SD card pictures from my Canon camera but now I can preview thumbnails on my IBN Linovo desktop, Firefox, Windows 7, Adobe Reader, PC Matic but now I can't open or save them. Is Firefox and Adobe no longer compatible? What can I download that will open my camera pictures and save them in my Pictures Folder?

Did you reinstall the camera driver? Sounds like a camera drive issue and it can't see your sd card.
