Unable to download Thunderbird ESR

I am able to see the download for Thunderbird ESR in archives link which is https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/ But I am unable to see any option to download ESR from the main link, even when I select Thunderbird for Organization I dont see any option to download. Link: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/organizations/ Please help to download thunderbird ESR from this site.
