I can't get any wixsite.com websites to load in Firefox v59 but can load them in any other browser.

I have been trying to load the following sites in Firefox 59...

These are 100% safe and trusted sites.

I've tried refreshing the page 100 times, refreshing with Ctrl+F5 several times, opening in safe mode, deleting my cookies, deleting Firefox cache, restarting my PC, & re-installing Firefox then repeating all other steps one more time. All to no success.

This problem did not start until Firefox updated to Firefox v59.

Btw, I've done some research and some people are saying that supposedly sites with "https" load without problems. That is false for me. Also, I've tried unblocking all content by clicking on the shield/warning button next to the address bar. still won't load.

I love Firefox, and wish to continue using it for the rest of time. but bumps in the road such as this do make that difficult.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

I tried both links, and was warned by WebOfTrust.

The entirety of Wixsite is registered as unsafe by WebOfTrust for I don't know what reason because as far as I can tell, Malwarebytes web protection says it's safe and so does Avast security.

Trust me, the 2 site links are safe.

Also, WebOfTrust doesn't do much fact checking, seeing as how anyone can rate a site without needing to post a review or create an account.

I don't know how, but when I followed your steps and created a fresh profile, the site loaded with no problems.

Thank you for this info. I was completely unaware that there was a tool or system for doing something like this. I will definitely be adding this technique to my troubleshooting steps in the future for all Firefox problems. Thank you very much.
