Memory usage goes up to 90% from 42% when opening Mozilla and stays there (sometimes drops to 87% - I have 4 Gb memory) - only two tabs are active. When looking in Task manager it shows there are 7 active sessions. Hard drive usage goes to 100% for several minutes before going down. I always use Firfox but it becoming very resource hungry and frustrating me when it causes my system to stop. Please assist

hi, thanks for reporting this. could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum (or if it's too long through a site like https://pastebin.mozilla.org/ and provide the link here)?

this might give us a clue what is going on. thank you!
