hi all. in full screen mode, on YouTube, there is an empty space in the area of the button for minimize window. It turns out that when you move the cursor to the corner of the screen, you clap it in an empty space. on chrome\safari there no empty space.

does it have only me? tnx for help.

Chosen solution

The positions of elements on pages often can be modified by applying custom style rules to the page. I don't know about the player bar, but it might be possible. Can't look at it right now, but maybe after hours.

hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st: Delete your Cookies and Cache and TEST.

then

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

If is your Profile :

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Please do not blockquote unneeded test like the whole response. Use as needed only https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_blockquote.asp

Well, by not following suggestion you leave behind all the files in the folders that can be corrupted or .... As this is a Mac refresh works better than a reinstall.

Did you ignore making a new Profile and testing also ?

Could you clarify this problem a bit more. Normally when you use the fullscreen button in the lower right corner of a video player, that is replaced by a button to return from the full screen viewer to a regular viewer. Do you mean that when you move the mouse and the controls appear, instead of having the "Exit Full Screen" icon there, you have an empty space? Does the space behave like the button or does it not do anything?

(I'm currently on a 1920x1200 monitor, so I don't think my screenshot would be very useful.)

if you open the video in full screen on YouTube, and then move the cursor to the right corner. then pressing nothing will happen. you need to specifically point to the "minimize" button in the YouTube. So have u the same?

it's not critical, and I do not think it's a mistake. but in other browsers there is no empty space, and this is more convenient.

The Exit Full Screen button doesn't go all the way to the lower right corner. When I click there, the video pauses.

Does it make a difference whether browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar is true or false?

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
