I have created mulitple lists of contacts and want to know if I have duplicated an email address in more than 1 list
Lets say that I have 1500 contacts in my address book. I have created about 25 lists that contain between 12 and 25 email addresses. I am looking for a way to determine if I have included any of the 1500 email addresses in more than 1 of the 25 lists. In other words, I am looking for a way to determine if there are any duplicated email addresses over the 25 lists so that I can remove the duplicates so that an email address is only included in one of the 25 lists. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

With the MoreFunctionsForAddressBook add-on, the address books and mailing lists that contain a contact are displayed in the Contact Pane and the Addressbooks tab of a contact's Properties (see picture). This might help to check on a few contacts, but to manage large numbers spread over multiple address books and lists, it's probably more effective to export the books and lists to csv files and analyze them in a spreadsheet to identify duplicates.
